Local property developer, CDMA Australia has been pleasantly surprised to see a spike in both online enquiry and display suite appointments at its $237 million landmark masterplanned community, Rosella Place in Rouse Hill during lockdown.
CDMA Australia’s Sales and Marketing Manager Kevin Chen commented the sales team has never been busier during the lockdown which he put down to prospective buyers having more time to research online as well as visit the sales suite while working from home.
“Our sales suite has never been busier, all with Covid-safe practices of course, while the Greater Sydney has been in lockdown. We have received about 10 enquiries per day for appointments online and back to back appointments through the display suite located on Tallawong Road,” he said.
“This is more activity than we usually see on the weekends so lockdown has been encouraging. It also shows the property market is strong. Buyers have wanted to lock in a purchase before stamp duty concessions end at the end of July.
“We are exchanging approximately a handful of sales every week so this is very encouraging for the market,” he confirmed.
When completed by early 2023, Rosella Place will comprise a total of 357 apartments built across five nine-storey towers. Sales and enquiries have been strong, particularly from first home buyers drawn to the attractive price point on offer.
Designed by WKM architects, Rosella Place is located only 100 metres opposite the newly opened Tallawong Metro Station at 56 Cudgegong Road in the heart of Sydney’s rapidly expanding north west.
Early site works of Building B including excavation is set to commence early next month in August, and all remaining three buildings will be completed by early 2023.
Apartments at Rosella Place start from $515,000, two-bedroom apartments, $645,000 and three-bedroom apartments from $785,000. All apartments come with at least one car space.
