CDMA Australia completes first residential building at Rosella Place, Rouse Hill

CDMA Australia has completed the first apartment building of its multi-staged, master-planned community, Rosella Place in Rouse Hill, located in the heart of Sydney’s rapidly-growing north-west at 56 Cudgegong Road.

The first building comprises 72 oversized, premium apartments with large balconies offering sweeping views of the surrounding countryside, within a single nine storey tower which is conveniently located within a short 100 metres walk of the newly opened Tallawong Metro Station.
