CLR’s reveals Spanish-inspired award-winning Hamilton Hill home – ‘TORRE’

Multi-award-winning prestige property builder/developer, Capital Luxury Residences (CLR) has unveiled their latest luxury home, ‘TORRE’ (meaning ‘Tower’ in Spanish) positioned high on one of Brisbane’s most exclusive streets, Langside Street in Hamilton.

Designed by CLR’s Design Director, Alissa Birch in collaboration with Melbourne-based practice, Mason Bright Architects, the palatial three storey home spans 730sqm and includes five-bedrooms, four-bathrooms, 8 car accommodation, gym area, smart home automation, Gaggenau appliances, a Subzero fridges and a spacious indoor-outdoor entertaining area, mixture of veneer and melamine cabinetry throughout with a communal fire-pit and swimming pool.

Located at 36 Langside Street Hamilton, the property features super contemporary architecture with four-metre high ceilings bringing in an abundance of natural light and a sense of grandeur and luxury to the property. A stand-out feature is the breathtaking views the home captures from every level of the Brisbane CBD skyline and meandering Brisbane River.

CLR’s Design Director and CEO, Alissa Birch said TORRE’s residential interior design reflects a palette synonymous with luxe materiality and free-flowing spaces that draw strength from Brisbane’s trans-seasonal sunshine.

“TORRE pushes the boundaries to create a space for contemporary families or working professionals alike to live in a truly extraordinary home which exudes sophisticated, next-level luxury and a minimalistic-inspired approach.”

“This has certainly been a labour of love this project which has taken more than 12 months in planning, design, sourcing materials and fixtures and fittings from various locations all around the world and finally, construction.”

“Our Hamilton Hill property draws inspiration from its prime hill-side location positioned at one of the highest points in Brisbane, offering a completely elevated level of interior design and amenity in one of Brisbane’s most prestigious riverside suburbs.”

“One of the hero pieces is the kitchen’s Palissandro marble; a precious and very rare stone quarried in Italy characterized by a rather uniform and neutral beige background crossed by grey and brownish veining, stripes and shadings,” Alissa described.

“Lighting has the power to change the mood of a room with the tap of a button. We fitted Torre’s entertaining space with bespoke lighting that illuminates residents from midday sangrias through to twilight tequila. Designed to brighten the bar space while acting as an artistic feature, this space in the smart home is wonderfully alluring.”

Designed for ultimate luxury family living, TORRE includes high ceilings as well as its own internal, Italian-manufactured lift which was flown in from Italy.

Standout features of the property include an enormous walk-in robe in the master bedroom with one of Brisbane best views of both the CBD skyline and Brisbane river, a 10m x 4m swimming pool offering a direct line of site from the kitchen to the pool, designed with safety in mind for families.

Ms Birch added every element of the home is designed with liveability and comfort in mind for the family who will one day live in it.

Designed to easily accommodate family gatherings and entertaining, the property features two extensive outdoor areas, including an alfresco dining area complete with outdoor kitchen and fire-pit with built-in seating next to the pool area taking in city skyline views.

Capital Luxury Residences Chairman Phil Pezzi and Director of Silc Group said the builder/developer’s Hamilton Hill home, Torre was a real passion project for the entire team.

“The level of craftsmanship is a true credit to every member of our hard-working and immensely talented team headed by our incredibly dedicated Construction Director, Paul Carson. This is a stand-out property on Brisbane’s competitive prestige home market,” he said.

The TORRE property recently won the Development Residential Property category of prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards for Australia, winning ahead of numerous other houses across the country. It will now go into the overall Asian region awards announced in Bangkok in May.

The Hamilton Hill residence is CLR’s 23rd property to be completed since establishing in 2019 in Queensland. The company has a further five luxury homes due to be completed by mid-2024.

The home will be sold by a private expression of interest campaign in early April being marketed by Ray White Ascot.
