Infinity Park’s commercial building ‘Infinity Commercial’ completes construction

Property developer, Haitchin Property together with its appointed construction company, CJCA, has completed construction of its seven-storey commercial building, Infinity Commercial, within its master-planned Infinity Park precinct at Norwest in Sydney’s north.

The Infinity Commercial building contains 94 strata offices, and three ground floor strata retail spaces, all of which are now sold, topped off with a premium rooftop, ‘seafood-forward’ restaurant set to open in coming months headed up by Michelin-trained, hatted chef, Joshua Mason. The building’s total commercial space is 7,647sqm of Gross Floor Area.

Named ‘Ciel’ meaning Sky in French, the fine dining 355sqm rooftop restaurant, is located on the top floor of 7 Maitland Place within the Infinity Park mixed-use development.

A MIXED-USE RESORT-LIKE SANCTUARY

Infinity Park occupies two parcels of land; a 9,630 sqm site which will accommodate three residential buildings and a 5,098 sqm site opposite, for the commercial building. It has been conceived as a mixed-use urban village; a sanctuary in which people will live, work, shop, socialise and dine.

Infinity Park is a new-build lifestyle-oriented precinct in the heart of Norwest, overlooking the Castle Hill Country Club. A vibrant blend of bespoke apartments offering The Hills District’s finest elevated panoramic views, innovative commercial suites enveloped by nature and a sophisticated resort-style leisure offering. At the heart of the residential complex is a stunning tropical lagoon swimming pool – the largest in the area.

Haitchin Property Group’s General Manager, Robert Tasevski said it was a tremendous achievement of the construction team to complete the commercial building, on time and on budget.

Designed by Turner Architects, with interiors by Place Studio (who also designed the interiors of The W Hotel in Melbourne), the commercial building becomes the latest tower to complete in the growing Norwest Business Park which also includes the newly extended Sydney Metro Norwest Station connecting commuters to the CBD in less than 30 mins.

Taking half a floor of the seven-storey commercial building, the Ciel Restaurant and Bar will seat 120 patrons and will feature indoor and outdoor dining as well as a private room for group bookings.

The dining area has high ceilings and high windows on three sides which allow for a light filled room, the focus of which faces onto the skyline of Norwest Business Park. During the day, diners will have views over the manicured rolling greens of the neighbouring Castle Hill Golf Course while at night, the rooftop space will offer dazzling views of the Sydney CBD and surrounds.

The Norwest Business Park, located in the Sydney Hills District is one of Sydney’s and indeed Australia’s, most awarded business parks – as well as being home to thousands of people. It is also a vibrant and sophisticated business park which sees approximately 30,000 people per day come to work in this precinct.

7 Maitland Place is also adjacent to the Infinity Park residential community, comprising of over 290 apartments set within two low-rise buildings, Alpha & Omega and one major 25-storey tower, Marque, due for completion in mid-2025.

To the rear of 7 Maitland is the Castle Hill Country Club, a championship 18-hole golf course.
