Leading Sydney property developers and fund managers WINIM has ‘topped out’ on its luxury, boutique residential development OTTO, Cremorne – by reaching the highest level of the four-storey building, pouring the final level of concrete.
WINIM will hold a topping out ceremony with the project’s construction company, Pindan at the highly anticipated $16 million project this week, with OTTO, Cremorne on track for completion and occupation by July 2021.
WINIM’S Joint Managing Director Justin Kuiters said the group was delighted with progress to date, with the high-visibility project consistently attracting strong interest during construction.
“We’re very pleased to have reached this stage with completion in sight, and the project continuing to track on time and budget – attracting solid positive attention throughout the build phase,” Mr Kuiters said.
“The level of interest we’ve received indicates a renewed strength in the market, and we anticipate a number of imminent off-the-plan sales following the successful $3.04 million sale of the project penthouse earlier this year in May.”
Located behind Military Road at 53-55 Gerard Street, OTTO, Cremorne will feature eight spacious apartments catering specifically to discerning professionals and local downsizers looking for size, generosity and high-level finishes, all wrapped in the appeal of a new home.
